Before You Die

In honor of the page I’ve just created with my various to-do lists and links to other lists I keep in consideration, I wanted to revisit one of my very favorite “bucket lists.” Obviously, it’s about food. Imagine how thrilled I was to go through the list (the last time I looked at it was in June) and find I’d knocked off two more things: poutine and oxtail. I adored them both. Only 46 43 left!

  1. Scotch bonnet peppers…is that different from a green pepper?

  3. Interesting list! What’s been really revolting or really amazing?

    • Ah, I actually really hate foie gras… something about the texture just is killer. And poutine was surprisingly amazing! I can’t stomach chili cheese fries but I gobbled poutine RIGHT up.
